Message from Us
Welcome to my New England Colonial retreat in the "Quiet Corner" of northeastern Connecticut. I purchased this former bed & breakfast, lovingly furnished this beautiful country estate and now want to share this peaceful space with others to enjoy.
We all work hard and we all need time to take a break, celebrate or connect with family, friends and colleagues.
All the seasons are special in New England! Winter offers skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and the Auberge is warm & cozy around the fireplaces as you watch the snowflakes blanket the land in white. Spring comes alive with all the abundant trees that magnificently bloom to life in an array of colors. Summer offers many lakes, trails and out door activities close by.
In Fall, New England is famous for its glorious foliage as billions of leaves change from green to a kaleidoscope of colors. The air is crisp and cool — perfect for hiking, biking or a classic drive along back roads, where farm stands are piled high with crunchy apples and orange pumpkins.
I hope all my guests find the Auberge at Feather Hill a relaxing place to be
inspired & rejuvenated!
